Advanced Senior Solutions is an Aging Life Care™ Management Agency established in August 2000 by Lory Smeltzer, a Certified Aging Life Care™ Manager who has over 25 years of Mental Health Case Management and Medical Social Services experience in the Tampa Bay area.
We are a full service consulting agency committed to addressing the medical, emotional, functional and financial needs of seniors, disabled adults and their families. We begin by conducting a Comprehensive Assessment followed by creating an individualized Plan of Care which outlines the areas of concern that we’ve identified along with our corresponding recommendations. Then we custom design an Action Plan that prioritizes the concerns and matches them to the appropriate services that best accommodates the client and their family’s unique needs.
