Western Union

Western Union can send money to offices around the world within 15 minutes. Faster than Moneygram but if you are doing transaction not involving US dollars you will be charged twice for currency exchange.

Online options

Other options include some online services like Paypal and Nochex, they are a lot cheaper but require you to have access to a local bank to get the money out.
